We're committed to protecting your privacy. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your Movexa account.
With your explicit permission, Movexa reads and writes to Apple HealthKit:
We request your location only when Ramadan Mode is enabled, to automatically detect your city for accurate Suhoor and Iftar prayer times. Location data is processed in real-time on your device and is not stored on our servers.
We access your camera only to photograph meals for AI nutrition analysis (Premium feature). No images are stored or transmitted beyond what is needed for the analysis response.
Workout sessions, nutrition entries, meal logs, body measurements, and notes you create are stored securely in Firebase Firestore, linked only to your account.
We collect anonymised usage data (screens visited, features used, crash reports) via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve the app experience. This data does not personally identify you.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted service providers, solely to operate the app:

Your account data is retained as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time by using the Delete Account option in the app or by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
Movexa is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase Security Rules to protect your data. While no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting your personal information using commercially acceptable means.
The app may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services and encourage you to review their individual privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
